Vitamin of good mood!

•    Eat chocolate. Chocolate has pleasure hormones. From all variety of sweet production choose black chocolate. Accept it gradually, as a medicine.
•    Surround yourself with aromas. If you are on a strict diet and chocolate, even a tiny slice, is forbidden, go to salon chocolate wrapping. And indulge yourself with “chocolate” shower gel, body lotion and perfumes.
•    Have a sex. It is known, that endorphins, allocated in female organism during sexual intercourse, are 200 times stronger that morphine. And orgasm is a general a happiness charge at which electric impulses are sent to brain. They also promote development of hormone of happiness.
•    Become “a good girl”. Do something good and useful.
•    Visit your friends or go to the zoo, theater, cinema….or gym!
