Soya: panacea from wrinkles and ageing?

Soya - is one of the most ancient cultivated plants in Asia. Oil, flour, milk, tofu cottage cheese, cheeses and, of course, sauces - all these products have been for many years prepared from a soya.
Soya – is a really unique product.
It consists on 14-20 % from fats and oil (and without cholesterol), on 20-30 % from pectin, enzymes, sucrose and organic acids, and the main thing - on 37-40 % from fibers! For comparison: in meat contains about 18-20 % of fibers.
Thus, soybeans - is the biggest in the world source of fibers.
100 grams of soya cover 40 % of daily requirement of a female organism in fibers.
Besides, soya has a lot of magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, iron and zinc. There are two more connections, which are the extremely important for a female organism, - lecithin and genistein.
The soya lecithin stimulates a rejuvenation of the organism and supports its many functions at “younger” level.
The second substance, genistein, is similar to a female sexual hormone estrogen. The American researchers studying questions of anti-age medicine and preparations, have declared, that the genetic program allows us not to grow old till 100 years!
Soya is widely used in cosmeticians. It is proved, that means on the basis of a soya reduce depth and quantity of wrinkles on the face. Due to irreplaceable fat acids soya is an amazing antioxidant.
