Green tea strengthens teeth

Japanese experts prove that green tea possesses ability to strengthen teeth and gum.
Stomatologists investigated health of teeth at 940 men at the age of 49-59 years and those from them, who daily drank some cups of green tea, and they have found out, that, these people had more healthy teeth, they did not have a periodontitis and inflammation of gums. Moreover, it has been noticed, that each drunken cup of this drink decreased bleeding.
According to experts, such effect of green tea consists in its antioxidant properties.
It reduces inflammation, which is provoked by periodontitis bacteria, and thus it protects teeth and gum.
