Lack of vitamin D

Vitamin D is very important for us. First of all, this vitamin promotes mastering of the calcium, which is necessary for formation of articulate system. Scientists consider that the standard dose of vitamin D should be above 2,000 IU a day. However, in foodstuff vitamin D contains in insignificant quantities.
So, for example, 226,80 grams of milk or orange juice contain 100 international units (IU) of this vitamin, and vitamins contain 400 IU.
Wisconsin bakery offers bread, made of rough grinding, which is containing 1,600 IU and a chocolate with 2,000 IU of vitamin D in each bar. On flavoring qualities these products do not differ from usual ones, and they can be used as additives, strengthening bone.
Natural Ovens Bakery has also financed researches, which have demonstrated that vitamin D can protect from cancer, immune frustration, and diabetes and gums diseases.
